Tpa Coordinator

**Job Title**: TPA Coordinator

**Location**: Kalyan
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Experience**: 1-3 years (Healthcare/Hospital industry preferred)
**Qualification**: Graduate (Any discipline; Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) for processing patient claims and approvals.
- Handle pre-authorization and cashless claim procedures for patients.
- Collect and compile required medical documentation for insurance claims.
- Track and follow up on pending insurance approvals and reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all insurance claims and communications.
- Guide patients and their relatives regarding insurance formalities and required documents.
- Work closely with the billing and accounts team for claim settlement reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (doctors, nurses, billing, etc.) to ensure smooth processing.
- Ensure compliance with TPA and hospital policies and maintain good rapport with TPA representatives.

**Timing**: As per hospital shift/requirements
