We are looking for a dynamic Sales Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our company, welcoming visitors and assisting them with their inquiries. In addition to traditional receptionist duties, this role requires a strong sales orientation, as the Sales Receptionist will be responsible for promoting our products/services and generating leads through effective communication and customer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Reception**: Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department. Answer incoming calls in a courteous manner and transfer them to the relevant parties.
- **Sales Promotion**: Actively promote our products/services to visitors and callers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to generate interest and excitement.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate appointments for sales consultations or product demonstrations, ensuring that appointments are scheduled efficiently and accurately. Communicate appointment details to both customers and sales representatives.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services, including their specifications, pricing, and competitive advantages. Stay informed about new product releases, updates, and promotions.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system. Update customer profiles with relevant information and notes to facilitate follow-up and relationship management.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Strive to exceed customer expectations and leave a positive impression.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively promote products/services and generate leads.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, computers, and multi-line phone systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic administrative tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
