Overall 3+ years of comprehensive experience in Compensation role Brief JD (Roles & Responsibilities) ? The job requires a highly self-driven and motivated individual in the role of a Comp Specialist with a go getter and continuous learning attitude ? Specialized experience and willingness to work on MS Excel files numbers formulae pivots for prolonged period of time ? Responsible for providing monthly payrol l inputs creating compensation breakups for India creating compensation letters handling employee queries maintaining compensation data in SAP HR management system and providing compensation fitments Job Specification (Skills & Qualifications) ? Responsible for creating monthly payroll inputs providing data for surveys creating compensation letters handling employee queries on compensation ? Work closely with C&B Team on providing salary fitments for employees travelling outside India and coming back to India ? Knowledge of India Compensation Breakup ensuring the Compensation structure is aligned with legal norms ? Must be able to conduct self in a professional manner in dealing with highly sensitive information. Primary Skills (Must Have) ? Ability to work on multiple tasks tracking and reporting of tasks ability to complete tasks end to end with high accuracy ? Ability to handle large volumes of data in MS Excel formulae Pivot Tables creating compensation letters ? Understanding of Compensation concepts like Pay Hike Variable Pay etc
