We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our manufacturing unit as a Store Keeper. The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels. Proficiency in Excel is essential for this role as it will involve data entry, analysis, and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing goods. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- **Receipt and Dispatch**: Receive incoming goods, verify their quantity and quality, and ensure proper storage. Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
- **Data Entry and Analysis**: Utilize Excel to record all stock movements, generate reports, and analyze trends. Identify areas for improvement in inventory management processes.
- **Organizational Skills**: Maintain a well-organized storage area, ensuring efficient utilization of space and easy accessibility of goods. Implement labeling and categorization systems to facilitate smooth operations.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve any issues related to damaged or missing goods. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill internal requisitions and ensure adequate stock availability.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to health and safety regulations in the handling and storage of goods. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, functions, and data analysis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
