We are looking for an enthusiastic Male/Female Telecaller Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone or getting appointments of students in the Center for Counselling and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telecaller representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting Jetking products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. His/Her main Goal will be to set an appointment and increase the walk-ins in the Center.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

**Responsibilities**:
Contact potential customers to inform them about Products and using scripts

Setting an appointment in the Center and ensure they visit Center.

Answer questions about Products/service of the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
**Requirements**:
Min 6 Month of experience as telecaller representative Or Freshers will do.
Excellent knowledge of Marathi/Hindi/English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹84,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
