**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate daily operations of the OPD to ensure smooth patient services.
- Manage doctor schedules and ensure appointments are properly organized.
- Supervise OPD staff (receptionists, attendants) and monitor performance.
- Assist patients with registration, billing, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Address and resolve patient complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of patient visits, medical documentation, and reports.
- Ensure cleanliness, readiness, and proper functioning of OPD facilities and equipment.
- Liaise with internal departments (labs, pharmacy, diagnostics) for timely service delivery.
- Monitor wait times and improve workflow to reduce delays and overcrowding.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Any degree in or a related field.
- Minimum 6month-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in OPD or front office management.
- Proficiency in hospital information systems and scheduling software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a busy clinical environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient service procedures.
- Fluency in [English and/or local language] is required.
**Working Conditions**:
