**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** to generate admissions and follow up with leads.
- **Counsel potential students** on available courses, career prospects, and enrollment process.
- Maintain **accurate records** of calls and lead status in CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for **lead generation and conversions**.
- Provide **exceptional customer service** and resolve basic queries of prospective learners.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Tele-Counselor, Telecaller, or Inside Sales Executive** (EdTech preferred).
- Excellent **communication and persuasion skills** in English and Hindi.
- Ability to **handle targets** and work in a result-oriented environment.
- Basic **computer and CRM knowledge**.
- Minimum qualification**:12th Pass / Graduate preferred**.
