As a Dental Office Receptionist, your role is pivotal in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our patients. You will manage the front desk, handle appointments, and perform crucial administrative tasks, all while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.
**Responsibilities**:
**Patient Reception**: Greet patients warmly and make them feel comfortable upon arrival.
**Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently schedule dental appointments and follow-up visits, coordinating with both patients and dental staff.
**Phone Communication**: Answer incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and provide information about our dental services.
**Patient Records**: Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
**Billing and Insurance**: Assist patients with billing inquiries and verify insurance information as needed.
**Waiting Area**: Keep the reception and waiting areas organized, clean, and well-equipped.
**Data Entry**: Accurately enter patient data into the practice management system and update relevant records.
**Dental Staff Support**: Provide administrative support to dental professionals as required.
**Infection Control**: Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and sterile reception area.
**Patient Comfort**: Address patient concerns and ensure they have a positive experience during their visit.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficiency in basic computer software, including MS Office.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a patient-focused approach.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology is a plus.
- Respect for patient confidentiality and privacy.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Dependability and punctuality are crucial.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient interactions with care.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
