Job Title: Senior System Administrator

Reports to:
Department:
Experience : 2-3 Years Exp

Duties/Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor and tune server performance.

Maintain enterprise servers and perform hardware and software maintenance operations

including installation, configuration and data backup and disaster recovery.

Maintain and monitor all patch releases, patch installation procedures and keep all

systems up to date as per standards.

Assist in the setup and deployment of all virtual machines under SAN and VMware

environment.

Migrate data for various hosts like Solaris, Linux and windows hosts.

SAN Upgrades and patching

Providing operational support of the SAN environment, including on-call responsibilities.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Good knowledge on High Availability, DRS, VMware technologies & capacity planner

running in enterprise environments.

Understanding of VMWare and SAN administration and concepts.

Extensive understanding of Linux, including RedHat, CentOS, and Debian.

In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, DHCP ,SNMP ,SMTP ,SSH

,Telnet etc.) and network topologies.

Good knowledege of container management using Kubernetes & Docker.

Experienced in designing and implementing network security measures, such as

firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technology etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:
At least 2-3 years hands-on experience with designing and building physical servers

installing, configuring and patching.

Previous working experience as a Linux or System Administrator.

Knowledge of Cloud Telephony or Telecom platform.

Hands on experience with Call center environment and dialers.

24X7 availability.

Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues.
- Extensive experience with VMware.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
