Asst. Manager - Technology Transfer for the scale up of specialty chemicals. The R&D Team Leader is expected to lead a team of chemists to scale up chemical processes from kilo lab and pilot plant through to successful validation on plant scale.

Lead a team of chemists to scale up lab-scale processes on kilo lab and pilot plant
- Undertake trials for time cycle and batch-size optimization
- Undertake optimization of unit operations such as filtration, distillation, drying
- Implement strategies for cost reduction and/or product quality improvement
- Provide engineering data for preparation of Basic Engineering Package
- Conduct equipment trials for feasibility evaluation
- Preparation of technology transfer documentation
- Trouble-shoot plant batches during validation phase
- Prior experience in Technology Transfer of specialty chemicals and intermediates
- Experience in scale-up of nitration, hydrogenation, fluorination chemistry
- B.Tech/MTech in Chemical Engineering

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
