**Melvic Construction** an Austrlia based Construction company is looking for Architectural Designer.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD for 2D drafting and Revit for Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Experience in creating detailed drawings, plans, and models
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize AutoCAD for 2D drafting to create architectural drawings, plans, and schematics
- Implement Revit for BIM to develop comprehensive building models and documentation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts and solutions
- Generate presentations, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients, team members, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and project requirements
- Support project coordination and management activities as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
