**JOB Role**:
**1. Engaged in handling calls Inbound Calls For US Travel Process.**

**2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills**

**3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills**

**4. Booking customers flight tickets and making sales**

**5. Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvements**

**6. Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity, and analysis.**

** Possess excellent English communication skills**

** Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work.**

** Should be flexible with night shift**
