**Job Description**:
Ciferon is a Simplest Restaurant billing software to manage your restaurant billing, inventory, accounting, and customer details with online aggregator integrations and real-time restaurant reports at a glance. Also has a captain ordering app, kitchen display system (KDS), loyalty wallet, feedback system, and much more.

Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation ,and Any PG

Job Responsibilities:

- Answering phones and solving the issues/ requirement of the customers.
- Have to do data entry for the restaurant menu.
- Provide service and customer support during phone call.
- Install our POS software in their System / Device via Google meet/ Any desk, on Field, etc.
- Give training about our product to our client.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Work to KPI’s and revenue targets as set by organization
- Responsible to be fully aware of Ciferon products and able to demonstrate them
- Submit daily or weekly reports with activities to seniors

Skills Required:
English, data entry, typing, Advance excel, MS Excel, Data Handling
- Should have Good Communication Skills
- Fast Typing Skills (Min. 30 WPM)
- Post Graduate will be preferred
- Fresher are also invited
- Must have typing certificate
