Job Responsibilities:

- Become Subject Matter Expert on data used in Monitoring reports in order to help guide developers, when required
- Assist in writing use cases for program testing
- Assist in root cause analysis for issues identified in testing and vetting
- Respond to data questions from our business partners. This will involve reading SQL, SAS code and Alteryx to get data that is being requested
- Gather and document requirements for new reports
- Manage the Evergreen Process to ensure our reports stay current
- Recommend solutions for solving complex business challenges
- Continually challenge yourself to expand and strengthen your skills
- Effectively communicate with BA and Developers on the issues identified
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Develop test plan, code validation procedures, job aids, tools and approaches and effective communication of defects
- Perform code to business requirement validation
- Write queries and run frequencies to validate population and output files
- Ensure correct formatting and logic of all output files

**Required qualification, capabilities and skills**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or Master’s degree in any of the Quantitative disciplines is preferred.
- Understanding on banking product.
- Can identify problems effectively, systematically frames the problem, then leverage tools to identify multiple potential solutions and select the most feasible solution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to different audience levels
- Must be able to quickly and objectively analyze and evaluate issues and form decisions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to raise questions and seek clarification as required
- Self-motivated team player. Must possess the ability to research and resolve issues independently while working across teams to acquire needed information
- Prior business requirements, procedures and documentation experience preferred
- Prior Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing experience preferred, Agile experience preferred
- Banking domain expertise
