**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Meet with clients to present products/services and explain their features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback to share with management.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and submit to the manager.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Ensure timely follow-ups for payments and documentation.
- Represent the company in a professional manner while working in the field.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role (preferred, fresher can also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with good time management skills.
- Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
- Flexibility to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Education Qualification**:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹10,095.78 - ₹18,518.57 per month
