**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Engagement
- Contact Leads: Reach out to the leads provided by the sales team in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify Needs: Understand the requirements of each lead by asking probing questions to determine their needs for interior décor or painting services.
2. Pitching Services
- Present Services: Effectively pitch the company’s interior décor and painting services, highlighting key benefits such as quality, customization, and competitive pricing.
- Tailored Solutions: Customize the pitch based on the lead's needs and preferences 3. Service Knowledge
- Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the company's services, offerings, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate information.
- Explain Benefits: Clearly explain the advantages of choosing your services, such as the use of high quality paints, skilled professionals, or eco-friendly options.
4. Lead Qualification
- Assess Potential: Qualify leads by evaluating their interest level, budget, and timeline.
- Gather Information: Collect all necessary information such as location, preferred service details, and contact information for follow-up.
**Requirement & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
- Solid understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiating techniques.
- A self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- A fast learner with a passion for sales and a strong desire to grow within the organization.Ability to create and deliver attractive, informative presentations to prospective clients.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
