**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Odoo Implementation & Customization**:

- Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP across various modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, CRM, HR, etc.).
- Customize Odoo modules and develop new features according to business needs.
- Develop and manage Odoo workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- **Integration & Support**:

- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth data migration, system updates, and patches.
- **Training & Documentation**:

- Train end-users on how to effectively use Odoo and its features.
- Create clear documentation for customized solutions, processes, and workflows.
- **Performance Optimization**:

- Optimize the performance and scalability of the Odoo instance, ensuring it meets the growing demands of the business.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, identifying areas for improvement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo ERP, including implementation, customization, and integration.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Strong understanding of Odoo’s core modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, CRM, HR, etc.).
- Experience with Odoo Studio, Odoo development framework, and customizing Odoo reports.
- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and database management.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address complex technical and business challenges.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Odoo certifications (Odoo Certified Developer, Odoo Certified Functional Consultant) are a plus.
- Experience with Odoo.sh, Odoo Cloud, or other hosting solutions.
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps and version control (Git).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
