**Job Title**: English Teacher - Class 11 & 12 (British Accent)

**Location**: Dayanantpur Jewar

**Reporting To**: Head of English Department / Academic Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English Language to Classes 11 & 12.
- Focus on correct pronunciation, spoken fluency, and comprehension with a **British English orientation**.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and board examinations (CBSE/ISC/State Board - as applicable).
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities aligned with curriculum standards.
- Encourage analytical thinking, reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching senior secondary students (preferably Classes 11 & 12).
- Native-level fluency or trained fluency in **British English pronunciation and usage**.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Experience with exam boards such as CBSE/ISC is preferred.
- Strong understanding of grammar, and advanced writing techniques.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for teaching.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- TEFL/CELTA/TESOL certification or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in an international or English-medium school setting.
- Background in dramatics or spoken English training is a plus.

**Compensation**:
Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
