Assisting the surgical team during procedures, providing support and ensuring a sterile environment.
- Preparing the operating theatre, including arranging equipment, instruments, and supplies required for surgical procedures.
- Scrubbing in and maintaining strict aseptic technique throughout the surgery.
- Assisting with patient positioning, draping, and ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Monitoring and documenting patients' vital signs, anesthesia administration, and intraoperative events.
- Collaborating with the surgical team to anticipate their needs and provide assistance promptly.
- Handling and managing surgical specimens, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
- Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and sterile environment within the operating theatre.
- Participating in post-operative care, including the transfer of patients to the recovery room or ward.
- Ensuring proper maintenance and availability of equipment and supplies in the operating theatre.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and patient-entered care.

Qualification : BSC Nursing / GNM with more than 2 years of experience

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
