**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Social Media Management**: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, interactions, and engagement metrics. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute innovative social media campaigns.

2. **Content Creation**: Support the creation of compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and more. Work with the content team to ensure content aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.

4. **SEO and SEM**: Learn and assist in optimizing content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility. Gain exposure to search engine marketing (SEM) through activities such as keyword research and ad campaign monitoring.

5. **Analytics and Reporting**: Help collect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. Compile regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to guide future strategies.

6. **Digital Advertising**: Participate in the creation and management of digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor ad performance and suggest optimizations based on data analysis.

7. **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies. Present findings and recommendations to the team.

8. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

9. **Learning and Development**: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA with a focus on Marketing or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new challenges.

**Duration and Compensation**:

- This is a 3-month internship position, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
- Compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
