Back Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- **Data Entry & Documentation**: Accurately enter and maintain records of orders, inventory, and production data in company systems.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Assist in tracking raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely availability for production.
- **Order Processing**: Prepare invoices, order forms, and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- **Administrative Support**: Organize and maintain files, schedules, and assist in day-to-day office operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- **Communication**: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Bengali is advantageous.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in back office or administrative roles; experience in the têxtile or apparel industry is a plus.
- **Personal Traits**: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
