Chinese Cook

Job Responsibilities / कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ:

- Prepare and cook all Chinese cuisine dishes (e.g., fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, soups, starters, gravies, etc.).
- Maintain proper taste, consistency, and presentation in every dish.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen area.
- Follow FIFO and portion control methods strictly.
- Maintain inventory of Chinese sauces, vegetables, and ingredients.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations during rush hours.
- Handle gas stove, wok, fryer, and kitchen equipment carefully.
- Support in menu innovation and daily specials when required.

Skills Required / आवश्यक कौशल:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
- Knowledge of sauces, gravies, and wok cooking.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain speed with quality.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and kitchen safety rules.
- Teamwork, discipline, and punctuality.

Salary / वेतन:
As per experience and performance.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
