Assist in the management of testing projects and samples on a client by client basis
- Facilitate Laboratory, Logistics team, sample processing teams etc., to support testing program needs and implement requirements based on program scope which may include coordination of sample collection, logistics of sample transfer, program documentation and archiving, record maintenance, data reporting, etc
- Close working relationship with Business Development and Project Management to implement define program scope and support contract execution
- Help create, execute, and track testing program details, identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions to mitigate risk
- Oversee the deployment of the program and direct point of contact post launch to ensure all aspects of the testing program are aligned for both internal and external requirements
- Ability to work with diverse cross functional teams on a global platform (main point of contact for customer and/ or internal functional teams)
- Performs other special projects or duties as assigned by manager or leadership
- Flexibility to travel on an as
