**Purpose**:To provide a professional and effective accountancy service to the finance department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounting of Vendor payments & closure of vendor disputes.
- Carry out Customer billing and maintain up-to-date revenue tracker and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Accounting of Customer receipts & follow up for allocation of payments.
- Responsible for preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement, ensure recording of open cash Items to appropriate General Ledger and close open Items in timely manner.
- Responsible for Petty Cash Voucher bookings, Reconciliation and ensure monthly petty cash balance confirmation from employees.
- Accounting of fixed assets/Capex and preparation of the fixed asset register
- Responsible for Payroll Reconciliation, Payroll taxes and advice any variance to HR/ Group Finance team
- Responsible for the preparation of the monthly Management Accounts within Timeline & process as per required templates
- Prepare Projects P&L on monthly basis along with the variance analysis in detailed manner.
- Responsible for accounting and reconciling of monthly cost accruals
- Passing of monthly Journal vouchers onto JD Edwards as required on monthly reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date Statutory taxes Tracker (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual/Audit), payable & payment.
- Ensure preparation of complete and accurate month
- end closing schedules.
- Balance sheet reconciliation review, accruals & provisions, prepayment, capex/opex management
- Managing the intercompany transactions, Reconciliation and ensuring timely resolution of intercompany differences
- Provide assistance in preparation of annual budgets & forecast
- Audit support as required time to time.
- Coordinate monthly financial data and reporting process. To include preparation of accurate and timely data for monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and EFS ME policies, procedures and practice.
- Comply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
- Prepare other financial reports, trackers, monitoring reports, etc, as required by Group on ad hoc basis.

**Job Knowledge & Skills**:

- Strong IT skills including Excel (intermediate/advanced), Word, Access and PowerPoint (Basic)
- An effective communicator. Being able to express ideas at all levels
- Self-motivated being required at times to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Professional and smart appearance at all times

Fluent English language ability both spoken and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
