**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote Kanika's Nursing Academy and its courses through various sales and marketing channels.
- Generate leads and convert them into enrollments by effectively communicating the benefits of our nursing programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential students, parents, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to attract new students.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events to represent the academy.
- Monitor and analyze marketing efforts to improve strategies and drive better results.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding sales performance and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging promotional materials.
- Assist with handling inquiries, providing information on courses, fees, and other services offered by the academy.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing market trends and demands.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to drive results.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
