**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Ads Management**:
- Develop, execute, and manage high-performing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different ad formats, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient spend and high ROI.
**2. SEO Strategy**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Perform keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs to improve search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
**3. Content Writing**:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for the website, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content.
- Conduct market research to understand the target audience and create content that resonates with them.
**4. Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Track and report on key performance metrics for ad campaigns, SEO, and content marketing.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies for better performance.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on marketing performance and ROI.
**5. Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies if required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ads management, SEO, and content writing.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant ad platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools and best practices, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.Excellent content writing skills with experience in creating SEO-friendly content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
- Graphic design skills or basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop.
