**Job description**
**POSITION**: Sales Representative
**PRODUCT / SERVICE**: Tele-Reporting Services for X-Rays, CT, MRI and ECGs.
**INDUSTRY**: Health - Tech
**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**PRIMARY**:
- Identify and target potential clients, including X-ray centers, diagnostic labs, and hospitals, to promote tele-reporting services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers lab managers, and healthcare administrators.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of the tele-reporting services, highlighting efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by onboarding new accounts and maintaining existing ones.
- Develop, discuss and execute strategic sales plans tailored to specific regions or client types.
- Provide feedback to the internal team regarding customer needs, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of client leads, client interactions, their expected volume and any related information in the CRM lead system.
**SECONDARY**:
- Identify well-known radiologists of the city with strong demand from centers if any.
- Participate in any relevant events and conferences to promote the company and build networks.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**MANDATORY**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the diagnostic services or alternatively in healthcare solutions or medical field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and territories.
- Ability to understand the company software and provide demos to clients.
- Ability to use company software for lead tracking.
**OPTIONAL / GOOD TO HAVE**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary Structure**:
Annual CTC = 7.2 LPA to 9.8 LPA
**[3 Yrs to 8 Yrs Relevant Experience]**
Fixed Component Range = Rs. 20000 to Rs. 30000 monthly.
Variable Component Range = Rs. 40000 to Rs. 50000 monthly.
- Variable will be awarded based on multiple factors like - verified lead created, client converted + onboarded and client's usage of services.
- Travel re-imbursement for approved travels verified by location.
