This is a Tax Specialist role reporting to Manager and will be a part of GBS located in Bangalore. You will be responsible for providing tax expertise in the area of capital structures, legal structures, cross border reorganizations, transfer pricing, intra-group arrangements, tax accounting and reporting or any other tax matters as well as tax strategies that reflect overall strategy and global initiatives.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Good working knowledge in US Sales & Use Tax.
- Responsible for correct calculation of tax liabilities, filing of Sales & Use Tax returns, Tax GL Mapping, Tax reconciliations, clearing and audit compliances related US tax compliances.
- Should have good working experience in SAP /MS Office.

**Your background**:

- 4-6 Years of working experiences in US Sales & Use Tax Return preparation/review.
- Should Have knowledge to SAP ERP.
- Should have knowledge of Vertex O series.
- In depth knowledge in tax tool VERTEX.
- Exposure to Tax exemption certificates and local legal requirements.
