**Position Title**: Receptionist at Pharma Company
**Department**: Administration
**Location**: MUMBAI, WADALA
**Reports To**: Office Manager or HR Manager
**Key Responsibilities Front Office Management**
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Monitor and manage visitor access, maintaining a visitor log as per company protocols.
**Communication**
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, or processes.
**Administrative Support**
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff or visitors, as required.
- Maintain and update contact lists, office directories, and calendars.
**Coordination and Documentation**
- Assist in maintaining records related to office supplies, employee attendance, and visitor logs.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operational workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
**Other Duties**
- Assist in organizing internal events or meetings, including preparing materials and refreshments.
- Support HR or administrative teams with onboarding or document preparation as needed.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in administration is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
