Job Description: Purvaja, a renowned fashion brand, is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Operator to join our team. As a CAD Operator at Purvaja, you will play a crucial role in translating our design concepts into accurate and precise technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your expertise in CAD operations will contribute to the seamless execution of our fashion designs, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the design team to understand design concepts and requirements.
- Create detailed technical drawings and digital renderings of garments using CAD software.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of the technical drawings, including measurements, patterns, and construction details.
- Maintain an organized library of design files, ensuring version control and proper documentation.
- Assist in the development and modification of garment patterns as needed.
- Collaborate with patternmakers and sample makers to ensure smooth communication and execution of design specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks on CAD files to identify and resolve any errors or inconsistencies.
- Stay updated on the latest CAD software and tools, and provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as production and manufacturing, to provide technical support and address any CAD-related issues.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of CAD tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, or similar programs.
- Proven experience as a CAD Operator in the fashion industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of garment construction techniques, patterns, and technical specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to CAD operations.
- Strong organizational and file management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with designers, patternmakers, and other stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
- A keen interest in fashion and an understanding of current fashion trends is a plus.
