JD Description: Admission Study Counsellor

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Student Guidance and Counselling:
Understand the individual needs and aspirations of students and provide personalized guidance to help them choose the most suitable courses and programs.

**Admissions Process Management**:
Facilitate the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrolment, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

**Information Dissemination**:
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our institution's programs, curriculum, faculty, facilities, and any updates or changes.

Conduct informational sessions, workshops, and presentations to promote our institution's offerings and advantages to prospective students and their parents.

**Relationship Building**:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high schools, educational consultants, and other relevant partners to expand the institution's reach and attract a diverse pool of prospective students.

**Data Management**:
Feedback and Improvement:
Gather feedback from prospective students who do not enrol and identify areas for improvement in the admissions process or information delivery.

Collaborate with the admissions team and management to implement changes and enhancements as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in student counselling, admissions, or related roles, preferably in an educational institution.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address individual student needs.

Familiarity with educational programs, courses, and career options is essential.

Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
