**Job Summary**

As a Functional Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance contract management processes using iCertis and related technologies. Your expertise in Contract Obligation Management and Contract Authoring will be crucial in driving efficiency and innovation within the Hi-Tech and ISV domains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model to deliver impactful solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of contract management solutions using iCertis to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of Contract Obligation Management systems to ensure compliance and accuracy in contract execution.
- Provide expertise in Contract Authoring for both sales and procurement enhancing the quality and consistency of contract documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Contract Lifecycle Management software.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in contract management within the Hi-Tech and ISV sectors ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on the effective use of contract management tools and technologies.
- Analyze existing contract management processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize performance and reduce risks.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and user guides to support ongoing operations.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of contract management solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted service and user satisfaction.
- Engage with vendors and external partners to stay updated on the latest advancements in contract management technologies.
- Support the development of strategic plans for contract management initiatives aligning them with organizational goals.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to contract management systems to meet evolving business needs.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in iCertis and Contract Lifecycle Management software demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities.
- Have a strong background in Contract Obligation Management ensuring compliance and efficiency in contract execution.
- Demonstrate expertise in Contract Authoring for both sales and procurement contributing to high-quality contract documentation.
- Exhibit excellent analytical skills to identify process improvements and optimize contract management performance.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with additional certifications in contract management being advantageous.
