Qualification: B. Pharm, M. Pharm

Experience: 10 to 15 yrs required in pharma.

Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a deep understanding of GMP regulations and quality standards Proven leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve the production process.
- Develop, review, and approve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all quality-related activities.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

.Investigate and address quality issues, including non-conformances and deviations, by implementing corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).

.Identify and assess potential quality risks throughout the product lifecycle, including raw materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products.

.Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing training.
- Review artworks of printed packing material, and approval.
- Develop, manage and maintain a GMP-compliant document control system.
- Maintaining and improving departmental operational performance to meet the requirements of regulatory authorities, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and external and internal customers concerning quality, service, lead time and cost.
- Provide quality guidance to product development projects and programs.
- Ensuring the development of departmental SOPs (writing, revising and approving), ensuring regulatory compliance in conjunction with being - fit for purpose
- operationally and commercially.
- Handling charge control, deviation and Market complaints
- Maintain, review and submission of regulatory affairs requirements
