**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Collect, clean, and organize data from various departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
- Generate dashboards, presentations, and summaries for management.
- Identify data discrepancies and work on data cleansing.
- **System Management**:

- Maintain and update MIS databases and systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of MIS tools, spreadsheets, and software.
- Coordinate with IT teams to resolve technical issues in MIS tools.**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, MS Access, etc.).
- Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in BA, BCOM, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a related role.
- Experience in handling large data sets and creating management reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
