**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator - Plant & Machinery

**Reporting To**: Plant & Machinery Manager / Head - P&M

**Job Purpose**

To ensure accurate and timely entry of plant and machinery-related data into the system for tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency. The role supports equipment management, maintenance records, asset utilization, and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter daily data related to plant and machinery operations, fuel consumption, operating hours, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Maintain digital records of equipment inventory, deployment, and movement across sites.
- Support the preparation of reports related to equipment utilization, maintenance schedules, and downtime.
- Coordinate with site engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to collect accurate data.
- Update and manage logs of service history, inspection records, and calibration schedules.
- Ensure documents such as AMC contracts, insurance, registration, and compliance records are properly digitized and filed.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining records of spare parts and consumables inventory.
- Support the preparation of MIS reports and summaries for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in plant & machinery or construction equipment departments.
- Familiarity with equipment tracking or ERP software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
