Lead and supervise a portfolio of key accounts and retail counters to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Drive sales growth and ensure consistent achievement of counter-level KPIs (e.g. sales per hour, conversion rates, average transaction value)
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for each counter to maximize performance and market share.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to counters to coach and support frontline teams.
- Deliver product knowledge and sales skills training to counter staff to improve, expertise, confidence, and customer service standards.
- Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to execute in-store activations and visual displays that drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, key account management, or supervisory roles (preferably in beauty, perfumes, fashion, luxury, or FMCG)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on, field-driven mindset.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving productivity metrics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
