- Minimum Hands on duration for Cobol/ DB2.
- Mainframe Tools like Changeman, File Manager, CA7 Job Scheduler, SPUFI and IBM Debugger.
- Should be able to write analysis/specification documents, perform coding/unit testing and support end user testing/UAT.
- Should possess excellent Problem Solving capabilities, communication skills, should be proactive in providing solutions.
- Able to perform the role of a senior developer lead guiding a team of mainframe developers.
- Having experience on Capital Markets domain and on Agile Methodology will be an added advantage.
