**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at PEPP Learning. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually engaging designs across various digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to produce high-quality graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization**: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
- **Brand Adherence**: Ensure consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all platforms to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
- **Creative Input**: Contribute innovative ideas and concepts to enhance the visual appeal of our marketing materials and campaigns.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, provide feedback, and incorporate suggestions into design revisions.
- **Adaptability**: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continuously improve skills and adapt to evolving design standards.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions to ensure final designs meet expectations and objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and receive feedback.
- Attention to detail and ability to work methodically to produce accurate and high-quality designs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
