About the Role
We are looking for Cyber Security Trainer who will be responsible for imparting the training on the topics related to Cyber Security & applied tools in analyzing the digital security threats.
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Training Coordinator - Centre of Excellence

**Responsibilities**:

- Implementing, managing and administering the training plan in the field.
- Assisting the training coordinator in designing the training program
- Design course content and supervise the vendor to develop course material videos/presentations with voice over, documents and simulations/gamifications etc.
- Takes care of the day-to-day running of various courses.
- Integrate training material available with all governmental and non-governmental agencies like BPR&D, NCRB, I4C, MHA, CERT-IN, various police academies, National Police Academy - Hyderabad, cyber headquarters of various state governments, NATGRID etc.
- Compile, customize, translate, enhance and deliver training and capacity building exercises based on the aforesaid training material.
- Creation of self-paced training flow and content in the Learning Management System
- Prepare and develop real life case studies content on the related topic highlighting different scenarios and modus operandi.
- Continuous redesigning training material based upon feedback, new modus operandi, international and national case studies, and any new topic of educational and functional interest.
- Setting up various virtual environments for the tools to be used in real life for the Cyber Security
- Work closely with the training coordinator and other vertical and horizontal to curate the best practices and include them in the forthcoming training.
- Capacity planning and estimating the requirements of the client and the project
- Develop and maintain strong domain knowledge.
- Stay abreast with new innovations and the latest technology trends and explore ways of leveraging these for improving the process in alignment with the project.

Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelors or master's in computer science/Electronics/Information Technology/Information Security/Cyber Security/Digital Forensics/Computer Applications, or equivalent - greater qualification and experience shall be given due weightage.
- Having at least 5+ years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
- Experience in providing training to Indian Law-Enforcement Agencies.
Certifications:

- Active certification in at least one of the following (or their equivalent):

- GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
- GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN)
- CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst CySA+ (CSA+)
- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
- EC Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA)
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
Must have skills:

- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Written and verbal fluency in Marathi/Hindi and English languages.
- Ability to follow, prepare and analyze relevant checklists and reports.
- Strong problem solving and logical skills & A Go-getter kind of attitude
