**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting outfits, offering helpful advice and styling tips.
- Meet sales targets while ensuring a friendly shopping experience.
- Keep the store organized and visually appealing.
- Handle billing and transactions efficiently (training provided).
- Be available during weekends and festive seasons.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in retail or fashion sales is a plus, but not required.
- Good communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Passion for men’s fashion and helping customers find the right look.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
- Minimum 12th-grade education; higher education is a bonus.
