- Enforce mobile device policies and procedures in the EMM environment.

- Conduct research and resolve tickets from the end user community for mobile device issues and new produ
- Manages, maintains supports, troubleshoots and optimizes the mobile cloud environment, its related mobile devices, and suggests adjustments and new system designs for future needs.
- Performing requirements gathering, system configuration & customization, report development, system performance tuning, and other support and administration activities
- Reflect business requirements into technical proposal
- Plan, design, develop, build and deploy new MDM solutions.
- Design and support hardware, software, and cloud services to help deploy, manage, track, and audit mobile devices.
- Conduct technical and security assessments and mitigation actions on current or new EMM solutions
- Support projects execution that involves device management
- Understands VMware Workspace One
- Familiar with other solutions by other vendors such as Microsoft Intune
- Strong knowledge in C#.net and SQLite Database with Entity Framework.
- Strong knowledge of MVC Web API’s is an advantage.
- Experience in designing and developing custom controls for Android, Windows and iOS.
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object orientation design.
- Independent researching, solution finding, analysis and problem solving skills and capabilities.
- Should have a strong knowledge of OOPS and intermediate knowledge of front-end GUI design and development.
- Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
- Expert on Source Control like TFS & Github is preferred.
