Hydroponics Agronomist

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the setup and management of a hydroponic farm, including designing and implementing production plans, scheduling planting and harvesting, and monitoring plant growth and health.
- Develop and implement nutrient management plans, pest and disease control measures, and irrigation schedules.
- Conduct regular plant inspections and diagnose and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Monitor and maintain records of crop yields, quality, and growth, and make adjustments to farming practices as needed to optimize production.
- Manage a team of farm workers and ensure all safety and regulatory standards are met.
- Stay up to date on industry developments and trends in hydroponic farming techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hydroponic farming, preferably in a management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of hydroponic farming techniques, including nutrient management, pest and disease control, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
