**Job Title**: Store Executive.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock, materials, and tools.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials.
- Issue materials to production teams as per requirement.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments for stock planning.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety of all items.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages in advance.
- Maintain housekeeping and FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of store operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of engineering components and materials.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of **assembly or maintenance** processes is a plus.
- Prior experience in **SPM-related** industry preferred.

**Added Advantage**:

- Exposure to **assembly or maintenance engineering** functions.
- Familiarity with mechanical/electrical components and BOM handling.
