Mechanical Trainer

**Training Material Creation**: Create engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, hands-on exercises, and multimedia content to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- **Software Integration**: Utilize the latest software tools and technologies in mechanical engineering, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, MATLAB, and others, to demonstrate concepts and enhance practical understanding among trainees.
- **Delivery of Training**: Conduct interactive training sessions through workshops, seminars, webinars, and hands-on lab sessions to transfer knowledge and practical skills to participants effectively.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop assessment criteria and evaluation methods to measure trainee progress and learning outcomes. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support continuous improvement.
- **Customization and Adaptation**: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of diverse audiences, including entry-level engineers, experienced professionals, and corporate clients.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest advancements and trends in mechanical engineering, software tools, and training methodologies. Incorporate relevant updates into training programs to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including HR, engineering departments, and management, to identify training needs, align objectives, and support organizational goals.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
