**Job Title: Security Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:Supervise and lead a team of security personnel.
Ensure the team's adherence to security protocols and procedures.

**Monitoring and Response**:Oversee surveillance systems and respond to security incidents promptly.
Coordinate with relevant authorities during emergencies.

**Access Control**:Manage access control systems and enforce restricted area policies.
Verify identification and authorization for entry into secure zones.

**Training**:Provide ongoing training to security staff on security best practices.
Keep the team informed about the latest security trends.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.
Generate regular reports on security performance.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:High school diploma or equivalent.

**Experience**:Several years of experience in security roles.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

**Skills**:Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with security technologies and access control systems.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
