**Position Type**: Full-time, On-site Accommodation Provided (for outstation employees)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Hair Styling**:
a. Perform a wide range of hair cutting, styling, and coloring services for students and staff.

b. Stay updated on current trends and techniques in hair styling.

**Aesthetician Services**:
a. Provide facial treatments, waxing, and other aesthetic services to enhance the well-being of individuals within the school community.

b. Maintain a clean and organized aesthetician workspace.

c. Recommend skin care products based on the skin tone & hair texture.

**Client Consultation**:
a. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences and needs.

b. Provide professional recommendations based on hair and skin type.

**Residential Living**:
a. Reside on premises to ensure accessibility for residents requiring salon and aesthetician services.

b. Be available for scheduled appointments as well as walk-in services. All meals will be provided on campus.

**Team Collaboration**:
a. Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a positive and supportive living and working environment.

b. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

**Qualifications**:
a. Proven experience as a Hair Stylist and Aesthetician.

b. Valid cosmetology and aesthetician licenses.

c. Strong proficiency in a variety of hair cutting and styling techniques.

d. Knowledge of skincare treatments and products.

e. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

f. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

g. Sensitivity to the unique needs and dynamics of a residential school community.
