Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, or similar. Tableau certified individuals will be greatly preferred
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

2. Data Modeling and Integration:

- Build and optimize data models to support reporting needs.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for BI solutions.

4. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, QlikView).
- Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data.
- Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Experienced with Jira for task and project management.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization principles.

**Experience**:

- 5-8 years of experience in a BI Analyst or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and data modeling.
- Experience delivering analytics solutions to diverse business functions.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
