**Role Description**:

- You will be responsible for driving customers, engagement, and retention across our client's website by making the structure and plan of marketing campaigns for our D2B clients.
- Identify and execute innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Managing comprehensive BTL marketing strategies
- Managing growth marketing initiatives, performance marketing and analyzing marketing data, developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI
- Develop a marketing plan and budget for the brands and implement integrated marketing strategies
- Working closely with various marketing teams (LinkedIn, Google, Social media) to setup and execute campaigns.
- Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
- You build and run A/B tests across online channels

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field..
- 4+ months of experience in growth marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and data-driven thinking skills
- Growth Marketing and Marketing Analytics skills
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
- Results-oriented and data-driven.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
