**Brief Description about the Project**

The ADAM project (Advancing Diabetes Management) aims to integrate Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) with an AI-powered Virtual Dietician (VD) to provide personalized dietary recommendations for individuals with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). The study will assess how carbohydrate-restricted diets impact blood glucose levels and evaluate the effectiveness of an AI-driven dietary intervention in improving glycemic control. Using machine learning models, the Virtual Dietician will analyze CGM data in real-time to offer customized meal plans, ensuring optimal nutrient intake while maintaining stable glucose levels. This innovative approach bridges the gap between clinical research and real-world diabetes management, enhancing personalized care through artificial intelligence and digital health solutions.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Design Personalized Nutrition Plans - Develop data-driven, individualized meal recommendations that optimize nutritional intake, support health goals, and accommodate dietary preferences or medical conditions.

2. Model Development & Optimization - Build, train, and refine machine learning models for personalized dietary guidance and glycemic response prediction, with a focus on diabetes management and metabolic health.

3. Enhance AI-Powered Virtual Dietitian - Fine-tune and expand the capabilities of the AI-driven Virtual Dietitian tool to generate adaptive, nutrient-balanced meal plans aligned with user inputs, behavioral patterns, and health outcomes.
