**Salary Range**: INR 15k to 20k month

**Experience**: 0-3 years
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Company Secretarial Work:_
- Maintain company registers and records.
- Assist in filing legal requirements.
- Legal Drafting:_
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

**Qualifications**:

- Semi-Qualified Company Secretary with CS Inter completed.
- Previous experience in company legal tasks and drafting.
- Familiarity with ROC work and company law.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
